Brand submission terms

Version of 27 August 2026. Applies to material submitted by brands and businesses.

1. What the service is

Brands may submit base information, data and rights-cleared photos for editorial consideration. If accepted, we prepare and distribute the material to subscribed newsrooms in one of two forms: an editorial data story naming the brand as the data source, or a Corporate Wire announcement, publicly labeled as brand material.

2. What you are not buying

Payment covers consideration, preparation and delivery into our feeds. It does not buy publication by any newsroom, a guaranteed number of pickups, editorial tone, or unlabeled placement. Our editorial filter may refuse any submission; refusal is final for the submitted material. Nothing you pay changes labeling.

3. Rights and warranties

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the submitted materials and photos in coverage of your organization, and you warrant that you hold these rights and that the submitted facts are accurate. You are named as the source in everything we distribute from your submission.

4. Fees

Submission is free. On acceptance: Corporate Wire announcement — €199 (Latin America €99); prepared data story — from €499 by scope. Fees are pilot prices, invoiced until online payment goes live.

5. Corrections

If distributed material about you turns out to be inaccurate, we correct or retract it through the standard corrections contour and notify receiving newsrooms.
