What we store

• Account: your Chakloon Passport identity fields (handle, name, email, avatar, locale), your Doxx media profile, sessions (hashed identifiers, IP, user agent).
• Organizations: name, the site you publish on, plan, streams, credit ledger.
• Usage: feed fetches, package previews, image-terms acceptances, correction deliveries — the minimum needed to run metering, licensing and corrections. We do not track what happens inside your CMS.
• Submissions: the content you submit, guarantor name, contacts you provide for verification.
• Aggregate analytics on public pages via self-hosted Umami (no third-party trackers).

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising trackers, or use your submissions for anything beyond the stated editorial process. Feed tokens identify your organization, not individual readers.

Retention and deletion

Sessions expire and are purged automatically. Audit records are kept for security. Account and organization deletion — by request to desk@doxx.uno while self-service deletion is being built; licensing records of published material are retained as required for legal defense of both sides.

Your rights

EU/EEA users have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection). Write to desk@doxx.uno.
