Terms of service

Version of 27 August 2026. These terms govern Doxx accounts, the wire at doxx.uno, and the Publisher Network portal.

1. The service

Doxx provides a news aggregation front page, professional accounts, and the Publisher Network: editorial content packages for verified publications, an editorial intake for brands, and a public news submission channel. Content generation and some paid features may be rolled out gradually; features marked as pending are not yet contractual.

2. Accounts

Identity is provided by Chakloon Passport. You are responsible for activity under your account. One organization per account at this stage. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent verification, scrape beyond their plan, or submit unlawful content.

3. Publisher organizations

You warrant that the information you provide about your publication — its name, the site it publishes on and the ownership disclosure — is accurate. We may ask for confirmation before granting exclusivity over a territory or a group licence.

4. Plans and credits

Credits meter produced value as described on the plan page. Prices are pilot prices and may change with notice; active subscription periods are honored. Until payments go live, paid plans are activated manually after invoicing. Credits are not money, are non-transferable, and expire twelve months after grant.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: misrepresent your identity or publication; republish packages in violation of the content license; automate bulk extraction beyond your plan; use the service to distribute unlawful, defamatory or deceptive material.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is during the pilot. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice on this page. You may delete your organization and account at any time by written request to desk@doxx.uno (self-service deletion is being built).
