News submission terms

Version of 27 August 2026. Applies to news reports sent through “Report news”.

1. What you grant

By submitting, you grant Doxx Network a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, translate and editorially process your report and the photos you provide, and you confirm you hold the necessary rights to them.

2. The guarantor

Every report requires a named guarantor of accuracy — you personally, or the organization you speak for. Anonymous guarantees are not accepted. If your report is published, it is presented as “reported by” with the guarantor named publicly. You are responsible for the factual accuracy of what you report; editorial processing is our responsibility.

3. Review and refusal

All reports pass automatic screening and an editorial filter. We may decline any report without detailed justification. Sensitive topics — criminal allegations, health claims, accusations against named individuals — require human editorial review and are declined unless verifiable.

4. Corrections

If you discover an error in a report you guaranteed, you must tell us at desk@doxx.uno. We correct or retract distributed material and notify receiving newsrooms.

5. Abuse

Submitting knowingly false reports, impersonating others, or attempting to use this channel for advertising leads to rejection and account suspension. Commercial announcements belong in the brand channel, which is labeled as such.
