Methodology
How Doxx prepares material for editorial review.
Doxx combines source collection, structured processing and language generation inside a workflow designed for publishers. The exact preparation path can vary by type of material, but the editorial principle stays the same: keep useful context with the draft and leave publication to the newsroom.
Start with source information, not an empty prompt
Doxx prepares material around information collected for a specific topic and coverage area. The generation step works from that source context rather than asking a model to invent a story from nothing.
Different stories require different checks
Some types of material can be checked against deterministic calculations or structured data. Others depend on comparing and interpreting multiple source reports.
Doxx does not pretend those are the same problem.
The checking process should match the type of claim being made.
Sources & checks stay with the material
Where the workflow has source and verification records, Doxx keeps that context attached to the delivered material so an editor can inspect it instead of receiving only the generated prose.
Images are treated as a rights question, not decoration
When Doxx suggests an image, the newsroom should be able to see where it came from and what licence or usage conditions apply. An image without clear usage information should not be presented as if Doxx owns the rights to it.
AI assists production. It does not become the publisher.
Language models can help turn structured source information into readable drafts. They can also make mistakes. That is why Doxx delivers material for review instead of treating generated output as an automatic publication decision.
The newsroom remains responsible for publication
Editors should review the material, inspect the relevant source context and make any changes required by their editorial standards before publishing.
Doxx prepares the draft. The publisher owns the final editorial decision.
Corrections remain part of the workflow
When a delivered material needs an update or withdrawal, Doxx can communicate that change through its correction workflow and delivery channels.
Newsrooms should treat corrections as editorial information that requires review, just like the original material.
Who stands behind the material
This section exists so an editor can judge Doxx as a supplier in a minute. If anything here is unclear, write to desk@doxx.uno — a person answers.
Automated generation is used and disclosed. Nothing publishes itself: newsrooms import material as drafts and decide.
